I entirely disagree with B/T view. If

Hong Kong ran a Government motor bus service no

one would suggest that buying the vehicles from

Britain exclusively was an import prohibition.

If instead of this Hong Kong Government chooses

to do it by license the same principle applies.

If Birmingham in issuing licenses présented'

British motor buses only surely no one is going

to forbid that! Point this out to B/T but

wait for their reply before asking F.0. to tell

the Americans to mind their own business.
